Them days of going fast and slowing down when you see the camera has gone around here as it’s all variable speed cameras
And I always feel that Iam the only one who sticks to the speed .

The car is a easy target .

Hi all,

I saw this advert earlier this Year while visiting the folks Up North and we all said the exact same thing, 'the clown is behind the wheel of the Audi'!!! And my Mum don't really drive anymore now-a-days.

I was reading the furhter coments here too and I noticed the round trip to Mancherster without see one singe Plod. When I passed my test, I used to nip over the Pennines into the Red Rose area, Lancashire (But Mum is from there so it ain't all bad...) and honestly, I could not drive for more than a few Mins without seeing a Police car of some sort on the M62, just a list a few,

Jag Double Six's
XR Sieras (Might even have seen an XR4i over the boarder, but that could be the rose tinted googles???)
Capri 2.8i's
Carlton 3000's
Range Rovers

And this was just on the way there!!! As you say, camera's are the easy cheap option now and don't do anything to promote road safety... Oh crap, I'm old!!! Road safety??? Thet are just a Cash Cow... Rant over, Great Advert though, we all had a Great Laugh at it, cheers for now,

John.

P.S. Great photo Jason!!!

I have a 5 Series company car, it’s black with the chrome trim, perhaps the ultimate tosser-mobile  . I drove into a restaurant carpark last week and genuinely didn’t realise that it was a one-way system until it was too late, you didn’t need to be a mind reader to know what people were thinking! But yes, ‘premium’ German car drivers generally have the worst road manners and seem to think they above all others. The irony is that most of them only have such cars as they are available on cheap finance.... Some pretty expensive cars they’re practically giving away!

My best friend who is no longer with us was a Audi fan we both bought our dream cars with in the same week as well .

Here’s a picture back in the late 80s with my old Capri laser

That's kinda a crappy dream car. It's just a boxier uglier Mk3 escort
