My 3.0s paint correction...

Post by Bertie »

I wasn't happy with the paint work and after 37 years of life it was time to give it a spruce up, full of swirls, marks and scratches but now it's touched up as required and 100% better IMO. It has had paint flashed down the sides (not very well done I might add) at some stage but she will do for now before a full repaint at some stage.. I will try to upload a video later to give you a better idea, 3 full days work and its getting there..

Hi Des,
That looks great :D You can't tell from the pics that it's not had new paint......Black is a great colour but it is a nightmare to look after.
Amazing what can be done nowadays, and helping keep it as original as possible for as long as possible

Hi Andy

Yep a complete pain lol... Original as possible for as long as possible are my thoughts exactly so we'll see how it goes for a while.
