Hey Les,

As has been said mate its great to see you back on here :welcome:

Its brilliant news re MOO fella !!

Looking at the pics and reactions over on Capri World your Ghia really is gonna be one of the best out there mate and as for the colour... its absolutely gorgeous mate. Pepper Grey wasn't it ? Beautiful !!!! Wait till the others see her when you post up pics here :D

You have been on quite a journey with MOO aint you Les, with the superb resto you originally did and now this recent one too !! I have really enjoyed reading your posts and pics on CW . You have made some superb mods along the way to make MOO just that little bit more unique. You put so much time and effort and obvious love into MOO I am in no doubt you will get your mojo back for her the instant you set eyes on her and after the recent work you have had done it will only make her even more of a head turner than she was already.

All the best Les and once again good to see you back on here...with MOO to follow.... :D

Thanks guys for all your positive replies on my post about moo.
To say I was disappointed at having to re do the work that was supposed to have been done the first time is an understatement I even considered selling her at one point. But I think she’s a worthy cause and I’m not into it for the money.
I love being out in her seeing people’s faces and reactions when I’m out in her. I’m going to see her this Sunday as she’s now finished and ready to come home. Once back I’ll post a few pictures of her to let you all see what’s been done. I just hope you don’t get tired of seeing her :lowrider:

Seeing peoples reactions are a big part of owning these cars, and MOO deserves to be admired :D

Looking forward to the pics Les

Well she made it home safely on Sunday, I sneaked a half day yesterday to give her a coat of swissvax to protect the fresh paint. The engine bay needs detailing and a fresh mot before I can get her out on the road. I think I’ll leave it a week until the weather decides what it’s doing
I’ve missed the smell of her in the garage and the smell of the Leather inside. Don’t think I’ll part with her just yet.

Just some shots of that finished bodywork Les, the colour choice & interior work you've done are great. Be nice to remind us just how good it looks.
Cheers,
Rob

Well worth the wait Les. That's a great modern take on the 3.0 Ghia, those polished 4 spokes look great against that new paint. Headlight covers look good too, and that interior looks better than I remember it.
Cheers for the pictures, it's a cracking job & a great looking Capri

( By the way, your neighbor may need a hand finding his head in the boot of his Touareg, it appears to have fallen off ..)
