Radio/Cassette repairs

Hi this is my first post and I'm hoping someone out there could help me, my Ford radio/Cassette has stopped working the radio works fine but the cassette won't play so I'm looking for someone who could repair it for me.

It might be that the cassette drive belt has snapped. If it is, it should be a cheap and easy repair.

Yes does sound like it there’s a really good how to on here of how to change the belt I got mine belt on eBay .

Be aware that this guide relates to the ESRT32PS and the OP may not have that radio fitted in a Cabaret.

In my opinion, it's definitely a good start to take the radio apart to check the condition of the drive belt. If it is broken, the size required may be different than that needed for the radio in the how to guide.

Ironically, I need to do this with mine! Again, just the time to get round to doing it!
