Hi,
I will give a sensible answer....
I've just looked it up and these cost £46K to buy new. I'm guessing there is a healthy resale market and that will keep the prices high for nearly new cars with plenty of working life left in them.

Still, I doubt it will take a London cabbie very long to recoup the purchase price! :)

Andrew.

LTI have an almost exclusive market as taxis; although a few Mercedes and MCW cabs are on the road, the number of vehicles is very restricted. Also, a 2014 model will be new enough to not fall foul of emissions regulations - I'd bet prices tail off rapidly on slightly older cabs which will, in a few years, lose their license. Even so, they can be sold on outwith London for further use.

Yeah, I know. £46,000 is almost enough to buy a barn find Capri off Ebay!

One of the others will be able to sort it Tom - just don't forget to say you are a member of oldskoolford - they sponsor a page on our site.
