I have a birthday coming up and my other half is asking what i want for my birthday.
Ive been thinking of asking for some stainless braided brake lines for my 2.0 S but im not sure which ones to ask for.
Theres some on ebay that dont have a brand or theres ones made by "Euroquip" and then theres the more expensive branded ones by "Goodridge".
Dont want to cheap out on something so important or get a brand thats not any good.
Can anyone recommend which ones i should get or know a place that sells them who have a good safety record?
Thanks!
Can anyone recommend some good stainless brake lines?
Re: Can anyone recommend some good stainless brake lines?
I tend to either go for the ones supplied by Rally Design or MLR on E Bay. I've fitted several kits onto different cars that I've built and have never had a problem with either.

The ones on the Rat were Goodridge...what did you do with them?
Re: Can anyone recommend some good stainless brake lines?
I didnt touch them and never saw them. They either got chucked or were left on the car and went with it when it was sold. I wasn't responsible for cataloguing parts when that car got stripped so who knows.340truck wrote:The ones on the Rat were Goodridge...what did you do with them?

Hoses or pipes?
I'm the one who leaves all those shoes in the carriageway.

I've just read it properly. Hoses. Yes, get Goodridge. Mine have been on there for fifteen years and are fine.
