Hi Everyone,
Unfortunately, I'm not able to go this year.
Have a great show folks, and hopefully we'll get to see some great photos from the day.

Andrew.

Hi,
Yes you can turn up on the day, and you can join our stand if you wish....Just display an XROC sign.

If you can confirm asap, it would be much appreciated :)

It is a great day for families too, with the Museum and Mono Rail etc.

Hi gents. I would like to come this year. But unfortunately my 'new' (06) st tdci Mondeo has decided to start smoking like a bastard on start up. The money I paid for that p.o.s. I should have put towards my Capri!!!
Mrs will have the other car that weekend so that leaves the gsxr.....
Will I be welcome on 2 wheels ha. *weather permitting*

I'm a fair weather rider......and proud of it ha.
It would actually be nice to meet some of you and see your cars in the metal

Hi All,
Here is a copy of the email I received today;

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for booking in as a club for our Simply Ford event on Sunday 30th April. It is going to be a very busy event, with more club cars booked in for this year than ever before so we would appreciate any help you can give us to make the event run as smoothly as possible.

Club Arrivals

Please use our Main Museum Entrance off the B3056 first thing. This entrance will be open from 8am for club arrivals - we will not be opening the entrance gate into the complex until 8am. Any early arrivals will be directed into one of our visitor car parks to wait until opening at 8am.

Only Trade vehicles will be allowed access prior to 8am.

This entrance will then operate as a club and general entrance from 9am.

Please Note: The Attraction, including the museum does not open until 10am.

Our additional Entrance off the B3054 will be signed as “Simply Ford Additional Entrance” and will be open from 9am-11am only and operate as a club and general entrance. If you arrive at this entrance before 9am or after 11am you will be directed round to the main entrance as there is nowhere to wait here. **End Quote**

And don't forget to display an A4 size 'XROC' Sign in your windscreen :)

Thanks,

Andy

Nope, have to disagree with you Danny...I just went into the bathroom and turned on the cold water tap and was absolutely fine fella ! Now if the Wicked Witch of the West was in my bathroom then I think I would not be so fine :o
D366Y wrote:Will be good to see it again Nick, met you half a dozen times and only seen your car once!
 Yep I recall it clearly...it was at The Ace last year Danny

Mate I am really looking forward to Simply now and meeting up with everyone again. Just hope the weather holds up as I seen what it did to John, Neil and Marks Capris a couple of years back !! I felt physically ill....which now adds fuel to your original statement...

Cant really argue with this now...

Nick isn't afraid of a bit of water http://i.huffpost.com/gen/1841806/image ... cebook.jpg

As long as it's dry, any sun on the day will be a bonus :)

We should have 17 cars on the stand this year :applaud:
