Capri front valance and driver/passenger wings

Post by 79Caprigl »

Cash waiting, my front valance appears to have speed bump damage so looking for one in good condition.

Thanks, Shane

Hi,
If I remember rightly, the Capri Club had a NOS one for sale recently.
There's also this one on Ebay:

Bloody hell, I nearly bought a NOS one Matin (bug) had a year or so ago, for IIRC £350. That would`ve beaten the FTSE!

Hi,
Although the valance seems pricey, I dare say that somebody will buy it. It may be a long wait for another NOS one to appear.

Won`t `expressed steel panels` make the valances, I know there`s quite a long lead time, but they can`t cost £900? And if it`s not essential to keep the car on the road, might be worth considering?

Edit: £660 inc VAT

I believe so, they may wait till they can make a few in one go? I`d give them a ring.

Cant you repair the one you've got? I needed a valance after an accident but i wasn't going to pay these insane prices for a new one so just repaired it.

Hello, I've a superb full front panel, slam panel and headlight bowls. They were painted but never saw use so are in outstanding condition. I also have a few superb n/s original Ford front wings. I'm on holiday in USA until 18th of July but will be back at my garage after then. I'm on 07799693555 but I'm not answering the phone until I get back. Regards. Colin White
