Any pre show orders would be welcome.Due to the size of them I don't intend taking floorpans or wings unless they are pre ordered.

If the over 70s are banned the CCI will not go ahead as John Hill is 76 ? Also my poor old dad will be stuck in doors with my mum , ok he drinks a lot and has a large porn collection of Dolly Parton singing stand by your man .

I see that the website now states that we should check with the club nearer the date to see if the Nationals are still going ahead.

The advert on the back page of the club magazine says that there might be a "possible cancellation". I suggest that a cancellation is, sadly, highly likely. That's a shame as it is a great event to get together with like-minded Capri folk.

I don't think there will be any car shows/events before July.

Some local organisers have cancelled July already which may well be a bit early imo.

It's the same in this part of the world too.
Perhaps if the organisers cancel early they just forfeit a deposit for the ground rental, whereas if they chance leaving it until later and still have to cancel they might have to pay the full fee? I don't know.

You could be right Andrew!
Organising an event rather than arranging cars to attend as I do are totally different things.

Some refund any exhibit payments made, others cash your cheque and run. Usually the same ones that charge exhibitors more than the viewing public!!

Might have to be more selective in future as to what I attend, but in doing so I miss out.....Can't win :headscratch:

:agree: It's one of the best shows on the event calendar. Good company and a field full of Capris, what's not to like? :D
Here's hoping we're able to go next year.
