So we've had the first named storm of winter so time to think about next summer instead


This is the annual forum camping/bbq weekend. With or without your Capri, any forum member that wishes to come along and meet some of the other users and generally relax and have a good time is very welcome.

It is held next to the Crosskeys pub in Molesworth just off A14. It's a nice rural location but still a doddle to find.
There's a decent pub that sells good food in the evening and if you ask nicely they sometimes do cooked breakfasts too.
Dave will have his big bbq there so just bring your bangers and a few beers if you want to eat al fresco.

If you want to come but don't fancy camping the pub does B&B too. There's only eight rooms but you now have plenty of time to sort it out.

Its just £6 per night.

Thanks for posting up the dates for CRaP 2017

After my brief visit with John earlier this year I defibately want to try to attend this great forum get together again and this time stay overnight ! Really great bunch of friendly and knowledgeable folk in a really nice location, just as I said in my endorsement of the 2016 CRaP

Its geat to have the dates to put in the diary ! Hopefully should be able to sort the days off. Fingers crossed !

It is with regret I won't be able to join in the fun this year at the annual CRaP. I am off work on holiday that week so Mrs F has booked us into a caravan at Doniford Bay, Somerset from 24th June till 1st July. We are then shooting straight up the M5 to get over to Mum and Dad in West Yorks for their 50th Wedding Anniversary meal on Sat night !

Sorry guys as it was brilliant to meet up with you all last year albeit only a day visit. Was hoping to be able to 'sleep over' this year too. Hope you have a great weekend

Yep its a shame indeed Tom. I was really hoping to get along to CRaP this year after my really enjoyable day visit last year. Great location and great bunch of folk, and dogs ! Definitely would have slept over this time as it was difficult to leave you guys sitting outside the pub drinking !

Now having said this and as great as you guys are sorry but the Prestige Caravan with decking overlooking directly onto the Somerset beach has swung it

I was looking forward to a alcohol fuelled 'pun off' with you Tom Ah well, another time, another place....

I am sorry its looking like I will have to miss it this year have had the compleation date for my house on the friday I am a bit pissed as this is the only one I have ever missed

Just re-confirmed the booking with the site owner so this is happening as planned. Several members have confirmed they are going so should be a good relaxing weekend. More always welcome. Any questions just ask. Only just over three weeks now

Depends on my mot guy.

Car is going much better than last year where it nearly shook itself apart on the way there and barely made it home on the battery as the alternator wasn't charging.

If it passes the mot it will be there, if not then it will have to be the BMW.

Members will be there though as gets me off my last day at my old job. Woop.
