Thank you very much for your comment, you've made my day!
It was a great event that was jam packed full of fantastic cars. Both yours and Mrs Lasers cars were beauties.
Andrew.

Re: CCI Nationals 2017
Nice pics Andrew, you certainly get some use out of that camera of yours (I'm the same with mine to be honest). Some well known cars there, such as LPC 570W which has been talked about on here (think I posted a magazine article that was in a while ago), and it's also good to see the not so perfect cars, the multi-coloured hodge-podge (no disrespect to the owner) must have got some attention. Makes you realise when you see cars like that, that your own blemishes and areas of attention can always be sorted to carry on driving.
Good pics of the Mark 2's also, I'm getting more and more into those.
And well done for the award, I always said your car must be close to concourse, now it's achieved it! (Hope it was in a bubblewrap when it was posted through the sunroof, could of scratched something!)

Although the rat cars aren't my particular area of interest, I can appreciate the effort that the owners put into them to achieve the very specific look that they are aiming for. You're right, they do seem to attract a lot of interest amongst show visitors.
Thank you, it's gratifying to know that my photos are enjoyed by fellow enthusiasts.pbar wrote:Nice pics Andrew, you certainly get some use out of that camera of yours
That's nice of you to say so, thank you. It really was an unexpected award and I'm still in a state of disbelief, if I'm honest.pbar wrote:And well done for the award, I always said your car must be close to concourse, now it's achieved it!

You shouldn't be Andrew, it shows how good your car really is. Nice you got recognised for all the effort you've put in.Andrew 2.8i wrote:It really was an unexpected award and I'm still in a state of disbelief, if I'm honest.pbar wrote:And well done for the award, I always said your car must be close to concourse, now it's achieved it!

Re: CCI Nationals 2017
Morning Andrew,
Brilliant pics there fella as has already been said. I would have loved to get up to this again, first one I've missed in ages!!! I was chatting with Phil on Monday, the er, Mustang owner...... As I needed to little remedial work doing underneath mine and he was also saying how great this Years show was and busy.....
Well deserved with your award too, but you should ask for a recount and get the Gold fella!!! Thanks for sharing these pics out, all the best,
John.....

Re: CCI Nationals 2017
Yes, it must have been incredibly difficult as there were so many great cars there. If nobody lets us know beforehand, we'll have to wait until the magazine is published. My guess is the 280 E210HAC.andyd wrote:I wonder which car won 1st prize Tough decision.....

Thank you very much. It was a shame you couldn't make it along this year, although if you had, I'm sure my car would have been demoted down the judging order..........
I can't believe that your car needs any remedial work at all. I hope it was nothing serious, and it sounds as though you're back on the road and enjoying the sunshine.
Andrew.
