I thought this will get your attention 
Mondeo horns installed. The OE one was dying,just a squeal sound.
Also,the windscreen washer pump wasn't working,so I checked the ground first,as the loom might be at fault. I took off the earth wire to the pump,and used a jumper wire directly from the battery to the pump,nothing happened. Until about 10 seconds or so,then the pump came to life
