Re: the 3 ltr s project begins
had a successful day..kind of..
started fitting more interior..some seat belts are in
glove box fitted
had a mare with the rear number plate light fixings, thought the holes were just painted in but the bolt heads were previously drilled off leaving the threads locked in, so had to drill and easy out them..worked on all but 1 so have to think of a way of threading the hole again :S
found the helicoil inserts i thought id lost!! and fixed the inlet manifold just need some gasket sealant and can fit the thermostat housing hose her up and hopefully start her!
started paint stripping front bumper and the brush went blunt so to be continued!
alarm is going in but wiring diagram is missing components that come with it :S
more to come cheers for looking

small update
ok after wiring for god knows how long to fit alarm and remake original looms the dash is finally back together
i have done an LED conversion on the clocks and fitted a cd player and bigger/better door speakers.
currently in the process of refurbing the seat rails, seat belt anchors and fitting the rest of the interior
and me and dad have just got our summer car

quick update!
couldnt get the electronic ignition in the dizzy to work so put original points and condenser in, and it started!!
3" exhaust is loud! and tappets need slightly adjusting, oil temp guage not really working, but other wise runs lovely!
even got to drive her out of the motorclub outside for some sunlight!! got some smiles from people driving past!
not far off now got to be done for fordfair!
