young lag in a old classic

Post by lilrich1991 »

i have got my hands on my first 'PROPER' car i found a 2.0s capri on ebay going cheap with a mile long list of things that needed doing. i thought what the hell and dragged my dad along with me to view it. After about a 3 day wait i called the seller and made a low offer which to my shock he accepted :D . after a few mishaps on the long tow home, me and my dad set upon it but found that there wasn't as much to do as was stated. i have now owned the car for under 2 months and ill attach pictures of it atm its rough but progress is being made. any advice or guidance is greatly accepted!!!

You cant really go wrong with a black S, and the S stripes are in the correct place as well indicating no bodges under the paintwork on the sides!

Is it a propper S or a 5 speed one?

Looks like you got a good buy there mate I bought my old 2.0 Laser back in December and paid £450 for it but it needs a lot of work.

Glad to see another young lad with a proper 2.0 sport. Is it black or graphite?
