I guess it 's become a project!

Stripped all the trim, bumpers etc and tomorrow it goes in for a rear arch, lower rear corner and a respray. Then I get to put it all back together, build a cylinder head, finish the 38dgas refurb, fit the strut brace and X-frame kit and change the near side brake caliper as I'm not happy with. Should keep me busy for a while :)

Well CoC shouldn't be a problem as that gives me about three months. Having said that I still want to build a car port for it and finish a mass of decorating but I'll get all the trim and stuff on first and take it from there. Fingers crossed!

Just been up the garage for a progress report. It's going to be another couple of weeks (at least I suspect!) before I get it back but it is going back to bare metal which I wasn't expecting so hopefully worth the wait

Peter,

Any progress pics? I've got to get one project finished in time for July and motivation is lacking at present (Another Storey).

Hope it turns out well.

Didn't have a camera with me at the garage but the car actually looks worse than when I took it in at the moment, so not that inspiring but as soon as there's anything to report I'll put it up.
How far off are you in getting one ready?

Peter,

Im not sure yet as regards your comment "How far off are you in getting one ready?", Long term project is a no go and I'm waiting the "delivery" of the one I want to use this year.

All work has stopped at present, I should have something done that is drivable soon, but not the original plan hopefully.
