Finaly finished all the odds and sods with the new cam. Fitted an FR32 Cam, vernier pully, kent cam belt, felpro head gasket, k&n air filter, four branch manifold and timed it all up. Just got to take it to BD engineering for rolling road and fine tune but this has got to wait untill may now as i need this onth to get it taxed and tested. also finished my 1.6 rear end conversion with X frame kit and new 2" lowering blocks.
Still need to get the exhaust so when we started it up it may have upset a few neighbours. One came out shouting that she couldent hear herself on the phone. I felt like shouting back "what are you doing talking to yourself on the phone" but in the interest of keeping the peice i closed the garage door and called it a night. BLOODY NEIGHBOURS

Re: AndyHs 2.0 project
Iv actually taken the engine back out and got a new shell so thought i would strip it and paint it this time.
Its not to the highest of standards like STOCK's but im chuffed to bits with it. Not bad for carpet fitter that only started learning a year ago.
205 Block, with a skimmed Seiera Unleaded Head, FR32 Kent Cam w/follows, Verner pulley, Felpro Head Gasket, Strengtherned Kent Cams Cam Belt, New gaskets Top and Bottom, Brand New K&N air filter, 4-2-1 Performance Manifold with a nice new Ashley system to bolt on!!!
Front Axle with steering and Antiroll Bar fully refured complete with New Poly Bushes.
The Red might not be everybodys cup of tea but everyone else seemed to go blue.

Re: AndyHs 2.0 project
yeah the shell is currently a mix of gloss, satin and matt black
got some work to do on the valances but im hoping to get it preped ready for the bank holiday as i might be able to borrow my works warehouse to get it painted. if im totally honest though i cant see it being ready on time as i have to fit the car around work and weather cause i dont get much time to work on it as its at outside. still when i do get out there i try and get as much done as possible.
