Quite the opposite, I would have thought.
Have to agree. Really enjoying the updates, only problem is you're showing me how much work I've still got to do on the oily bits :D
Car is looking superb, hope all goes well on the trip. Cheers for the updates, keep them coming.

So I finally drove her home tonight.
Felt a bit surreal, and the last three days have been particularly long. Tempers have been lost and beers have been consumed, but it's done. Nearly.

My phone camera is a bit broken, but I'll be back with more and better photos with more details soon.

Still plenty of things to sort but I'm definitely over the biggest hurdle now.
Looking forward to putting in some weekend test miles tomorrow.

Hi Matt,
It looks awesome and the wheels set it off a treat!
I bet you're looking to forward to finally getting behind the wheel and enjoying the car. :D

Couldn't resist uploading a few more pictures.

It's not yet complete; there are few minor rectifications required on some paint, a few clips here and there, some cleaning/polishing, plating and just general tidying up.

Quite happy how it's come out, particularly the wheels/stance. I'm even thinking of leaving off the side stripes.

Lovely job Matt but the decals and tailgate badge need to be fitted, the car looks unfinished without.

The tailgate badge in particular I agree it looks odd without it, but the decals I'm not convinced yet.
I've left them off for now because I'll be having some final touches done to the paint, but now I've seen it like this I do quite like it :spank:

Hi Matt,
The car looks stunning, and the Janspeed and wheels add the finishing touches.
For what it's worth, I agree with Martin. I think Injections look better with sidestripes, but that's just my opinion.

Fantastic work overall though! :D

Looks great Matt. And that place you found to do the work seems to have done it really quickly too. One thing about the stripes, if you do decide to have them on, then they can be a right pain if you should ever have to do a small repair close to them. Hope you enjoy your driving.

As for the stripes, your car so do as you wish, mine will have them in about 3/4 months time...lol
