Again, great job
You should have kept that, asking big money for those now.....Maybe worth more than a Capri!!

Its garaged andy.but its been outside for 8 months .under a large sort of open shed not good for it.i first put a fleece lined waterproof car cover over it but when i took it off the car was condensating.so i left it off.then i rented a garage but that wasnt the best.ive just moved to a brand spanking house and the garage is dry so now i can crack on minting her back up.
Here she is plenty of room

All the parts are finished now just need to mask the full engine bay as i want to repaint the strut tops
.wish i could have the parts powdercoated but they need that much filling that the bits of dints etc will show up so il have to paint them ,freshen em up now and then.something to do

She’s looking good as always and love your rocker cover job . What a great big garage as well is that a Cornish garage as they all had a tractor in the day

That’s funny as my wife’s cousin did a 1969 David Brown one and it looks amazing he’s down in Redruth and took it to a show . They go for a lot of money once done .

Nice one
I don't care what anyone says, you can't beat a dry garage for storage

There's only a delete option for the last post in the thread, so you could have deleted the duplicate and kept the first post of the two.
Back to Mel's car.
It looks as stunning as always, I love looking through the photos because Mel's car is pretty much the perfect Capri.
Andrew.
