There will always be touch ups along the way, it's "character building", so I'm told
I broke a Mk2 3.0 S about 10 years ago, really was a shame, but it couldn't go back on the road (the last owner died, and the family sent off the logbook as scrapped before they'd let me take it), it needed quite a bit of work, but was structurally sound, it's always haunted me a bit that one, I've kept my eyes out for one on and off since, and never came across anything decent, there's one less than 5 miles from my house, now sitting in grass slowly rotting away, but th eowner's "going to do it up when I get around to it"
Re: Ford capri 1977 3.0s resto
Bit more done .Power steerings all on.servo on.rad on.ive decided to use a 2.8 rad as it came with the correct radpanel.ive got the original big header rad but needs refurbishing.so IL sort that at a later date.horn back on.need to get a new coil.and finish the brake pipes.exhaust.oil for the diff.gearbox and engine.shouldnt b long before the big start up

I just love your car, it's better than mint! You've done a superb job so far on it.
My favorite Capri is the MK2 S and I'll be buying one if and when I find a suitable one.

Eyup.cars nearly finished.justgearbox oil.axle oil.throttle cable and I've got a new set of exhausts.i have a set of stainless custom made exhausts but they're not up to scratch.so IL sell them to take the sting out of the price of the new ones. ..I'm a week of starting g her up.then a few electric gremlins.job done
Re: Ford capri 1977 3.0s resto
Bonnets find ally back and on.feel like I'm getting somewhere bloody radiator sprung a leak so a bloody expensive record and now all back on fixed the clocks.the electric tape on the back was nackered so pinched a minter off a set of newer clocks.as .mk2 clocks are different these Are the ones i stripped job done
