Rer quarter glass and refurbed trims are in.sealed the windows in few rivets , screws etc aprestoImage .ImageImage

Image Image ive got a windscreen fitter coming to fit the front screen as ive been told theyre a pain.i did a mk3 escort one but dont fancy it to be honest

Looking lovely, great job.

What seal did you use for the sunroof? Is the original back in?

Mine was knackered, I had lots of aggro with the replacement seal I bought and it still doesn't fit flush.

Cheers chris.the old ones in good nick so it went straight back in .I think a mk1 or mk2 golf seal fits.cant remember which one.if you google it .itl tell you.just needs trrimming as its longer

Just googled it a mk2 golf gti sunroof seal fits and is a better fit apparently.check it out first before u buy cheers mel

Passenger side door near complete .seats are in.door cards dont fit.i need to sort them somehowImage Image .Image Image

Shes on axle stands and all suspensions off.looks like a pile of shite haha.ImageImage Image Image the cars got 2.8suspension and im thinking the struts are original colour so ive painted em similar.but not keen.so im thinking satin black.il see what they look like with the springs on first ImageImage all powdercoated now Image just need a caliper kit , pads and im ready to refit

Image the nuts and bolts for everything are at the zinc platers .pick em up tmorro.so should look good fitted.

Hi peeps.this is where I'm up to Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image some work involved in this lot.looked like it'd been dragged out of the canal haha Image Image Image Image Image Image Image rest of the week to get the rollbar.fuel tank on new handbrake cable etc.then this goes in next weekend with a bit of luck Image cheers Mel
