The wing intercooler shouldn't be under too much duress, but yes not ideal for airflow. I'll have a flexible 4" hose from the head light intake pointing right to the fins which should help and I could opt for a few wing vents and a small lecky fan(s) but I want to keep it simple if possible. A water to air job includes a lot of extra gubbins too.
I'll have a before and after temp sensor on it to monitor what's going on and take it from there.
Some folks that twincharge just plumb the turbo straight into the charger but I wanna try and better that.. might help lengthen the life of the charger. Charger has tight internal clearances and hot air from turbo can expand the rotors to hit the casing.
