Very nice indeed Anita, only one thing...door cards!!! If you get some 2.8 cars they will match the seat centers a treat I`m not a fan of white cappas because when they begin to look their age they really look bad, but seeing as you have a Gem there I doubt it`ll look bad for a long time Do you use it as a show car or a weekend thrash about??

Re: Few pics of the laser
Hi Antia,
That looks lovely! My 2.8 is diamond white, but when it started getting rusty looked pretty nasty. Yours looks mint tho, hopefully mine will look as good once I've sprayed it.
Love the white half leather seats. If you want some 2.8 Special door cards so they match the middle bits of the seats I think I have some spare ones you can have.

Re: Few pics of the laser
hi its got in total 6 spots of rust,im getting them treated soon, and a restoration if its needed later next year. this was my dads capri and i inherited it after he passed away a month or so ago. i'm never selling it though. bad enough selling his moggy minor which was restored.
i couldnt do that again.
its not used only to attend shows so its kinda pampered. the wing mirror is getting fixed as we speak, it was a bit of a mess.
its been waxoiled all its life and was stored in a garage for 8 years.
i am on the lookout for some special doorcards if anyone has any, the laser ones just look weird next to the seats.
thanks for the comments

btw when i said its only used for shows i mean it isnt thrashed its used every other day as i do like driving it, but isnt abused. not like when i drive my other car lol, as thats my daily run about.
i hate the thought of cars sitting in a garage, so its used every other day

I'm pretty sure I have some spare ones in the attic I don't need. I could bring them along to DICC if you are going?Anita wrote: i am on the lookout for some special doorcards if anyone has any, the laser ones just look weird next to the seats.

The pics still won't work for me
Might be a good idea to re-word that slightly lol! And maybe someone should start a post explaining what DICC is, or is it to late for tickets now anyway?Anita wrote:DICC???

Yes what is DICC I presume it's a show .
would it not be a good idea to have a page for forth coming events.
Just a thought.
