Some info
1987 2.8i with a non genuine turbo technics conversion and that is where the story starts, about year ago I looked at it and thought how could I improve it, the engine was standard so the first think is to build a low comp turbo engine so I started collecting the best parts I can get my hands on, as I have found parts they have been fitted to the old engine for testing and fitment over a year later the engine is nearly ready and the cars come of the road this weekend 08/08/08 to have the engine fitted.
I will post pics on the engine fitment.
.
The Engine- 94mm low comp pistons
The Heads- stage 3 unleaded, bronze valve guides, valves 44.5mm / 38.1mm, steel cam gears, Piper 270 cam & valve springs.
Turbo T3 water cooled off a sierra cosworth when first fitted the turbo hit 22psi as the engine cut out it runs at 10psi now the min it will run at.
The engine is now black
UPDATE 28/08/2015
Car came off the road 08/08/2008 for the new engine to be fitted and that's it, it has been dry stored all this time I just not had the time to get
it dune.

Lovely looking car :) Although I have to admit i'm a little dissapointed the gravel behind it looks so clean and un-donutted on. But then I guess the paintwork wouldn't look so nice- it's ying and yang isn't it!

Hi,
That's a stunning car, fantastic looking.
I like those matching rocker covers and plenum chamber, they will look awesome when fitted.

Have you still got the special wheels on, or have you changed them for fancier aftermarket ones.

Andrew.
