Great listing, and at least the seller has written an honest description!
I'm hard pressed to see £300 worth of spares on that car, the bidders have obviously got a keener eye than I've got. Or they've got auction fever, you decide! :D

Plus £3.48 postage

For that price I would want it hand delivered and put on the car :)

I notice he`s holding the tailgate up so it looks like it`ll need new struts.

Probably plus a new tailgate and repairs to the roof where the hinges bolt on!

Obviously Henry JNR has been misquoted as we all know the Pinto engine couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding and that's even with a cam that ain't rattling like a bag of bolts in a cement mixer!

Well, it ended at £720

I reckon these days there's probably enough trim clips, plastic bits etc to help recoup most of that.
The back bumper actually looked ok, and straight.

Had a right laugh reading the advert................great character, worth bidding a tenner just as a reward for the comedy element.
Good luck to him.

Call me cynical but it could end up with a car being stolen, next thing you know this car is back on the road. £720 then is cheap.
