It looks like a stunning car (wait for backlash.... ).....crappy photos on Ebay though, although curiously there are decent photos on Car and Classic!
I've got to say, I'd love to own a 2.8 TT.

I don't know about that, unlike the early 2.8 for sale, the advert doesn't mention anything about it being fairly quick for an old car!

:agree: Especially if the fiddle in question has twin tailpipes......
Now bid up to £20,800, but the reserve has not yet been met.

It made the reserve and sold for £24050.

The other auction link estimate was £17K to £20K.

Hi Andy,
Perhaps the mileage (126,000) held back the price a bit. Still, I doubt the seller is too disappointed. According to Cazana, it was sold/advertised 1 year ago for £12,850!

Good price for 126K miles. Although the ad said 130K miles, the same as it was a year ago on Cazana :? .....Oh well.

Doubled in price in a year

Is it relisted due to a time-waster buyer? The advert doesn't say.
Shame that Ebay seems to attract a lot of them....

Ebay should try imposing fines if you win and don't pay, that might stop some people :twak:
