Looks stunning! Although I'm pretty sure that the OP won't be able to buy it for the budget stated.

I can't understand why the seller wouldn't get a new MOT, he'd obtain the best possible price for the car then.andyd wrote:MMMMMMMM smells a bit funny this one
The MOT has only just expired, and it only failed last year on the foglight.
Is it a genuine sale or could it be a scam listing? It just seems too good value for money.
Andrew.
Re: 2.8i wanted please(£7600 budget)
He said he is in to older cars (40's/50's) and they don't need MOT's, so he doesn't value them as much as people usually do (when it comes to a sale)?Andrew 2.8i wrote:I can't understand why the seller wouldn't get a new MOT, he'd obtain the best possible price for the car then.andyd wrote:MMMMMMMM smells a bit funny this one

Also, he says the car has been sold
There must be someone with a genuine 2.8i out there for sale!

MOT it before sale, unless it has 5/6+ months still to run

Re: 2.8i wanted please(£7600 budget)
Ok, not a 2.8i but this car is for sale at a dealer's not far from me and I got a mechanic mate to go over it in detail as i was seriously thinking of buying it. In the end I got an earlier 2.8i within my budget but this was a very close second. Every indication is that it is entirely genuine low mileage 2.0 S and has only ever had paint for gate post type scratches.
