Hi all

well still havent found one - MK3 3.0S and expanding the search to include an early 2.8i 4 speed or facelift MK1 GXL - prefer manuals - mint well sorted and very interested please - feel free to contact me if your thinking about selling one - cheers Paul 07908 208393 :D

The 3.0 does sound better than the 2.8 IMO with either standard or aftermarket exhaust system https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWvJXeedTck

Although the 2.8 still sounds great too :)

I was trying to say they sound quite different :headscratch: and the 3.0 just has the edge over the 2.8 IMO (Which counts for nothing)....

As an obvious 2.8 lover, I do prefer the sound of a 3.0 but not lots in it.

Looks nice in the photos, and the Capri really does look good in cobalt blue.

I must admit to me the 2.8i does sound good. ;)
