From my experience, the adverts on that site are long out of date. Judging by the MOT having run out in June, that advert is one of them.
No harm in contacting the seller to ask though.

Car and Classic, Ebay, Pistonheads, and Gumtree are the best for up to date Ads IMO, although a few Cars on those are hanging around still

It's still worth looking through that site, but just don't rely on it!
