Im looking for a PCB for the Mk 3, 6 dial cluster. If need be and easier I would take the whole cluster.

Hi,
I take it you already know that CCI sell new reproduction printed circuits? They aren't cheap but it might be a better option than buying a replacement one that's already thirty plus years old.
