I am looking for an electrically adjustable outside mirror for the left side!

According to this thread, the passenger mirror of FX4 taxis (London back cabs) is exactly the same as the UK drivers side mirror in Capri, but electrically operated. Obviously this woud suit a LHD european drivers door. There used to be a video showing how to install, but it`s been taken down now.
Edit: Just checked on ebay and can`t find any FX4 mirrors , even in completed listings, so may be hard to obtain now.

In Germany there is the passenger mirror (right)
in electrical! e.g. in the 2.8i
Would have thought that in England there is also the passenger mirror (left) in electrical!?
Is not that so ???

No, in the UK the passenger mirror (left) was just a standard ball-joint mounted mirror, adjusted by hand. In fact the right hand, drivers mirror was only adjustable from inside via a cable system, it was never electrically operated.

Apparently, most Tickfords had standard Capri mirrors fitted:

As Steve said fx4 black cab had the electric mirror which is a match for the capri. I got one a while ago and fitted it. Ran it off a Ford electric mirror switch. They do come up on ebay but getting rarer. I think if I remember rightly the fx4 was called a fairway?
