The Ford Capri Laser Page

Hi all,

Newbie here, just passing through. I spent the 90s driving Capris. Started out with a 1.6GL, had a few 2.0Ss and a 2.0 Laser. I never got as far as a 2.8i but my dad did have a 280.

Following a recent garage clearance I have some Capri related 'stuff' that I was going to take to the local tip, but thought I'd offer it for free here first, assuming there's no real value - mostly from an A plate 2.0S which was written off in the 90s following a rear-ender...

Door seals, some brake pipes, rear shocks, rear light clusters, wiper motors, brake servo and other bits and pieces...

For sale:

I also have a pair of doors, a bonnet with sound proofing and spare sound proofing. Single leaf springs, steering rack, radiator, boot board with carpet, anti-roll bar, standard boot spoiler, front bumper with side plastic bits (I think I have the rear plastic bits too, but no rear bumper), I should also have a parcel shelf and six-pod dash surround in the house somewhere.

Any idea on the value of these items?

I'm in North Wiltshire.

Apologies for my delayed reply - moving home is rather hectic.

Dartsredhawk, I have no idea what a parcel shelf is worth and would want some feedback from members here for a fair price, to protect us both. It's in good condition but the two rubber 'feet' have fallen off (I have one to hand, but can't find the second)

I also have a load of old Capri Club magazines - of which I did have two members casebooks - is there an interest for old copies; is there a value to them?

I also found in the my garage today a pair of glass rear opening quarters and a glass from a tailgate (moulded)

How old are the single leaf springs? I was hoping to get some for my Capri project that’s been lowered 2”. Also do you have any brown interior parts as I’m doing up a 2.0 ghia? Also the bumper parts sound interesting too

I've got about a hundred or so duplicate issues that I tried giving away for free a few years ago. Nobody wanted them!

Hi - they are from an 83/84 2.0S. No interior parts though.

And, yes, bumper surrounds too along with the front bumper

How much for the Brake Servo?
