Parcel shelf will be about £200 and a set of ford mats were on eBay for £800 a few months ago don’t know if they sold . In the words of mike brewer “ A bag of sand “

See nos shelves for £750 or around on eBay before but that's new, not what a someone thinks is "mint" which in eBay terms means dirty, stained but has at least 3 of the corners left lol

If you can get both items in good/clean used condition for under £400 you are doing well imo.

Even NOS may have some marks due to storage, but will still cost a small fortune.

If you want to sell them as a job lot negotiate with Martin of Caprigear and CCI to see what they will offer and get them picked up from you.

Otherwise as others have said sell them individually on Ebay. An original unspoiled Ford original parcel shelf is probably an easier sell than a set of mats but there are those who will go for the mats too.

The aftermarket reproduction shelves that many of us now have are good quality and pretty indistinguishable but there are definitely people out there who will pay a bit more for a genuine Ford new old stock one.
Make the point in the advert that this is not a reproduction. Also if the shelf is complete with the pivot bar, carpet, strings, rear stiffener and seal etc make sure you state that in the advert too.

hi,
Wow, what a treasure trove you have there!
I would suggest putting the items on Ebay. Make sure you write a detailed description and include plenty of decent photos.
They will find their own level in the market, but I think it's safe to say there will be a lot of interest in these extremely rare and sought-after items if they are as good as you have described them.

Sickening lol. Lucky man, sell them for a lot now or sell them for a lot more in a few years. Depends how much your fussed about them all. Very good items though and what many people will love to own

A pair of unused raven leather front seats from a 280 will be very desirable. Be sure to let the 280 club know to watch out for them on Ebay and post the links back to this forum too.

There are people out there who will buy to resell these or will buy to stockpile as well as those buyers who have a current need for them.

You do have a treasure trove in your loft. Mine just has things like suitcases and Christmas decorations.

Great stash of parts you have there, you will get top dollar for such rare items.

How much are you wanting for a parcel shelf?

To be fair, it's not often that a parcel shelf in that condition comes up for sale.
