Hi could anyone help me, I’m trying to source brake shoes for my Brooklands.
The only set of rear Capri brake shoes I can source is Delphi LS1232 but when I got them they are at least 10mm too narrow.
I have searched every website and manufacturer and can’t see any other type listed than these 57mm ones which are too small.
Any help would be appreciated!

Re: Wanted: Brooklands rear brake shoes
I can get them no problem.
Re: Wanted: Brooklands rear brake shoes
Do you know the part number for the ones I need?
Re: Wanted: Brooklands rear brake shoes
I think he`s saying he can supply the correct parts, guaranteed: TBH I would just get them from Martin, he knows the cars inside out?
Re: Wanted: Brooklands rear brake shoes
Have you a part number or a link to the correct shoes?
Re: Wanted: Brooklands rear brake shoes
Martin can you give me a price and the brand (genuine ford or aftermarket), brand new or reconditioned?
Re: Wanted: Brooklands rear brake shoes
They will be new, aftermarket as genuine are no longer available off the shelf. I am working away this weekend so I'll get you details on Monday.
Re: Wanted: Brooklands rear brake shoes
I got sorted thanks, another member messaged me and give me the info needed. I’m sure I’ll have many more questions!

Now you have found the forum it would be great to hear some details about your Capri, how you happened to buy it, what you like and dont like about Capri ownership, any work you may have needed to do on it etc.
