'A welder will put right in a few hours'. Hmmm, would take a lot longer in my opinion. Cutting out rot and creating pieces to add in does take some time.

Although it's better to have forum members that interact with the community, there's nothing to say that the OP hasn't been using the forum for reference, which is fair enough. They may not simply be posting and running....
