Important ! Ref fuel tanks

Post by Caprigear »

To everyone who has expressed an interest in these fuel tanks.

The prices I was quoted are INCORRECT.

I have contacted Magnum and am awaiting confirmation of the actual prices.
As soon as I have these I will inform everyone.

Apologies to all concerned.

Magnum's website quotes £210 for a carb models tank and £240 for an injection model. CCi are quoting the same for members.

That takes the shine off it a bit.

Still not a bad price though, considering.
Unless my eyes deceive me, the 2.8 tank shown in the CCI photos has multiple dents in.

Andrew.

I agree it is bloody annoying but they're still good value. However, if anyone on my list doesn't want to go ahead then that's fine.

Since i was going to cut one up to fit around my watts linkage i will no longer be interested.
Please remove me from your list, that sucks but not your fault. Damn it, in that case for that price i will get an alloy tank done instead
Plans have changed to just make a good fun Track Car :)

Are these tanks always going to be available now or was it a limited run? I do want/need one but I need lots of other bits as well so I need to know where it should be on my priority list.
