Hi Martin,
That's great news and they are very reasonably priced.
Are they an exact reproduction of the original design?

Andrew.

Andrew
I saw them in the flesh on Sunday and they look superb, also, I was gobsmacked at the price. As soon as I can get pictures I'll post them on my website.

Brilliant, thanks Martin.
Have the manufacturers made plenty of them, or just a small batch to see what the demand is like?
I'm taking my tank off this week for a refurb, but depending on what I find under the paint I could be in the market for one of these new ones.

Andrew
I'm not sure about the volumes produced but so far interest is encouraging although in my experience interest doesn't always mean sales.

I am interested, i know this is going to sound mad, but to cut one up and resize to fit around a watts linkage on my Mk3. No worries or explosions on a brand new tank. Whilst it is open baffle it aswell. Seems very reasonable price.
Plans have changed to just make a good fun Track Car :)

Great that these will be available soon and at a reasonable price. I don't think I need one at present but it is always good to know that parts are available to keep our cars on the road as long as we are allowed to do so. I hope there is a good demand for this part so they continue to be available for many years.

If I do change my tank I wonder if you can get the sender unit & filter with the rubber seal also ?

As the pipes and the neck should be ok .

Sorry Martin just thinking out loud

The pipes and neck should be O.K. I don't currently stock the senders but you could try CCI for them.
