If anyone is interested I am stocking brand new heater motor resistors for the BEHR heater unit.
These are a direct replacement for the original parts and fit in the box in exactly the same way.
These have been introduced on the other Capri forum by a colleague of mine and feedback has been quite frankly piss poor.
This is the only time that this part has been remade and there should be a decent market for it - only time will tell.

sounds interesting martin. who makes these resistors and has my 1.6 laser capri have a BEHR heater in it. also how much you selling the resistors for.

very nice Martin, i asked you before for them a while back but no luck. so i rebuilt mine using the original coil, a bit of plastic and some eye hole spade connectors

Hello, I have a 2.8 injection Capri Automatic yes Automatic. I was searching for the heater box resistor and came across this page and was wondering if you still have stock of them. Can you help me out with one or tell me a quick fix to put resistor in its place. Best regards John Cole
