WANTED: Front Washer Bottle Terminal
Not sure what it is called, but its what the two wires (red and black) connect to. Its attached to the washer bottle and I assume regulates power to the pump. It may actually be the pump tbh. Looks like a small black tube. Anyone got one?

Re: WANTED: Front Washer Bottle Terminal
Hello,
Its the whole pump you need, It just pulls out. Bit tight so give it a yank! I have a few spare but i think its the same as newer fords. Fiestas etc, so have a look down the local scrap. If you get stuck give me a shout and i can sort you one.

If you do need the pump out then lever it with a big screwy or risk gashing your mitt on the radiator frame.
Before you get another pump check that the connector block is good!
Mine wouldn't work last summer but testing with a meter showed 12 volts in the little black connector block - unfortunately it also needed some amps getting to the pump to make it work and the connector was corroded inside and not letting any current (amps) through. I cleaned it up and she works a treat - click photo below for more details and photos:

Re: WANTED: Front Washer Bottle Terminal
Checked it out today, wasn't too bad getting it off, after draining the bottle out. That's the only good news though; one of the connector spades is almost completely gone, presumably snapped off by some ham fisted previous owner....so its useless. Admittedly Ive not checked the local scrappy yet but the weather around here lately has just made it an arse.

Re: WANTED: Front Washer Bottle Terminal
I did spot those ones on ebay and thought hmm... But i'm a bit weary of buying parts on ebay from 'shops,' had some seriously poor quality stuff through before.
Checked the local scraps and found one on a sierra, but it fell apart when i prised it off. If you've got one sitting about retro, i'd rather buy from here since i know i won't get some dodgy crap made in taiwan by wage slaves.
