I'm fitting a replacement oil cooler to the 280 and I need three new seals.
1. Cooler to engine block.
2. Filter housing to cooler
3. Seal inside the filter housing where the threaded extension passes through.

Does anyone know if these are still available?

Yes they are. I had the cooler to engine block one fail on my capper just before Xmas. Didn't half throw the oil out quick. They're still on Ford parts list. Failing that, the O rings are the same size as the ones on the oil filters.

Sorry, no. I'm lucky that the bloke in the parts department at my local Ford dealership has been there since they brought out the Model T. Spot on bloke. Once when I needed a thermostat housing for a 2L Capper, he ordered a Sierra one as a Capri one was EOL and automagically ordered the pukka blanking kit for the extra pipe connector to go with it without needing to be asked.

hey conor you need the following..................

Just running in to this stuff myself, while doing a little research I found the useful exploded diagram at the link below

http://www.fordopedia.org/parts-catalog ... 8-v6/A3.30

Also found, a very similar copper washer is availalbe from Simply Bearings Ltd simplybearings.co.uk
