- Car(s): I am trying to identify an Essex V6. The following is stamped in the block PTO16 74 and there are other stamps HYR, 30G and 029.
The engine is in a TVR 3000m but it is not the engine in the log which is supposed to be D 6606-4
This is a complete restoration project and we would like to get the records and history correct

PT is date of manufacture, April `74. HY = 3.0; B = 4spd manual
