hi all just wondering as the capri are basicly the same would you be able to interchange the bonnets ie mk1 for a mk2????? any help please

No. Mk2 and 3 are same basic chassis, but mk1 is too different

a Mk1 Facelift bonnet will fit a Mk1 pre facelift. Mk2 bonnet is wildly different from a Mk1, it might as well be off a different car altogether.

What are your thoughts here, did you want to achieve the look of the longer bulge of a Mk1 Facelift bonnet on a Mk2 bonnet ?
