Polybush Grease

Post by Andrew 2.8i »

Can anybody recommend a grease for use with polybushes.
Apparently, only a synthetic non-petroleum based waterproof grease is recommended.
I thought this might be suitable:

I would think so, I mean polyurethane`s not going to be affected by grease as rubber is, I guess it`s much to do with its water repellent, stay put qualities etc. Silicone is a very good water repellent & general purpose grease.

Thanks Paul.
I've got some of that knocking around, but I've also just ordered some of the silicone stuff.

Not quite Paul, it's already fully polybushed. I'm just doing a few bits and bobs at the back end and I'm taking the opportunity to reapply grease to the bushes.
