capri 2.8i dizzy help needed!

hello!can anyone help me out!my dizzy needs replacing but cannot get it to budge!seems to be seized !no movement at all!anyone got any hints to remove it?

I've guessing you've un-done the bolt holding it down?? :lol:

Ha , just been thru this with a friend's wife's Herald ,the previous owner (yeah right :whistle: ......husband is a notorious penis fingers........fucks everything he touches ) had glued the dizzy in with three bond in an attempt to stop the oil leak...........which was coming from the tappet cover anyway. Twas an absolute bastard to get out :swear:
Sometimes I talk to myself ... and we both have a good laugh
