hello!can anyone help me out!my dizzy needs replacing but cannot get it to budge!seems to be seized !no movement at all!anyone got any hints to remove it?

Ha , just been thru this with a friend's wife's Herald ,the previous owner (yeah right ......husband is a notorious penis fingers........fucks everything he touches ) had glued the dizzy in with three bond in an attempt to stop the oil leak...........which was coming from the tappet cover anyway. Twas an absolute bastard to get out
