Front spot lamps.

Post by Allan mcl »

Hi
Thinking of putting front spot lamps on, Could anyone tell me what size the round ones are meant to be as I have seen a few advertized for the Capri but all seem to be different sizes .

Thanks.

I'm not sure there was ever an option for spot lights on a Laser so there is therefore no 'correct' size. Its what you like best basically.

Hi Peter,

I see that on yours you have rectangular shape ones under the bumper are they standard if not what make are they.

I do have some NOS spotlights - think they are from a period Granada but look roughly the same as the circular spot lights some other people have fitted

Changed my mind and never fitted them to mine so if they might be of interest let me know :)

Cheers

They're after market. Probably Ring. This sort of thing

Funny as I was looking at peters fog lights what were real glass and solid backing plates and they looked the part where the modern ones are plastic as I did get some damp in one of mine this year .

Here’s a quick picture of them
