Carb overhaul

Post by aikmanmosquito »

I'm slowly restoring my 2.0 Laser, is there anyone out there who would fully restore my weber carb? I just want to give it to someone and get it back as good as new and bolt back onto the car.

I've seen this guy around on tinternet but never used personally - also depending on how much a refurbished costs it could be worth just buying a new carb (last I checked a 32/36 is around £200?)

Also I'm not sure about the manifold but Karius are the brand that still provide original exhaust parts

Cheers

Yes, you can still get a full system from Klarius, including brackets, etc. and delivery, for around £90.

And this is a bog standard system similar to what would have been originally fitted?
