If at all!
I'm in the process of stripping the underside of my capri back to bare metal. I've got it down to the base metal, used kurust on any surface rust patches, treated with Pol etch primer and then zinc 182 primer. My plan is to then spray the underside with epoxy 212 and body colour.
Will that lot be good enough or should I have included a seam sealer somewhere along the line?

Re: When to apply seam sealer
I'd seam seal all joints in the wheel arches and any under the floor just to stop water ingress. Make sure the zinc 182 has cured properly before applying it as the two dry at different rates and cracking of the sealer can happen. I'd also seal the joint between the wing and the drip rail if you've had the wings off as water getting in here will cause rust.

Re: When to apply seam sealer
Surely the simple answer is....apply seam sealer to all seams that need sealing/
