Mk3 remote mirrors

Just a quick question. My drivers remote mirror on my Laser has snapped one of the cables! now more that anything because I've owned this car so long and know that nearly everything on it is original I'd like to know if these mirrors are repairable?

Yes but it’s hard to do you have to get a heat gun or hair drier get the glass of the there is 3-4 screws but you will have to chang all three BOD

I have got some mirrors if you need one I have a left hand drive remote one as well you will have to make a waged so that you can see through it you have to make a wedge about 1mm / 5 I mad one out of hard plastic or hard wood paint it black
They look good
