Post by Fordoholic Nick »

Chaps am at work and want to pick up some coolant from Halfords on way home. Cant remember how much fluid a 2.0 Pinto takes...about 6 1/2 litres ?? Any help appreciated :)

I'd just get a 5 litre tub Nick, this leaves some left over for future topping up.

Mine takes 8.5 litres, so at 50/50 mix a 5 litre will be more than enough for yours Nick.

It's possible to make your own antifreeze.
Switch off her central heating...... :)
