Try Martin at Caprigear first, if he can't help, Tickover, Burton and CCI also sell them. If you are a member of the club, the 20% discount on published prices should mean that they are cheaper than Tickover and Burton.
It's interesting that Burton say that theirs are British made whereas the items on sale at Tickover are Swedish. Whether there is a difference in quality between them I don't know.
