Stish704 wrote:Right. New developments. Mario down at Autoart in Brentwood has said it’s possible for him to sort my paintwork out rather than a respray. He’s done a small patch and the results are remarkable! It’s going in for a full polish and detail next month. Costing a few quid but cheaper than a paint job!
Can’t wait now!
Brilliant news Steve ! Fantastic mate :D

Looking forward to seeing the full results. I have always wondered about getting mine proper detailed to get rid of the swirl marks and minor light scratches here and there. Always great to know of a place that comes recommended by someone on this forum so I will keep an eye out on your thread. Have always wondered how much a full detail job costs. Am guessing its four figures but if results are as good as you hope then money well spent.!

Hope to see your Capri in all its glory at Deal next year

All the best Steve

Keep that wax away from it, or you know what will happen! And you don't want it to happen a third time after spending money on it.

Went to see my car today and it looks amazing! Mario has done a fantastic job. I think he’s wet sanded the majority of it but it’s still not finished yet. Once done I’ll post up some pictures. It makes Nicks look tatty! :xd: :xd: :xd:
